With a legacy of excellence, Trade Winds Realty is a family-owned business founded by Michael and Janet Webb, established Realtors, investors and developers in New York and Virginia who moved to Florida to be closer to their daughters. Trade Winds Realty is dedicated to our customers, our families, our agents, and helping to make our community a better place to live.
We are very selective when offering an invitation to join our company. That means we may not be the biggest but are one of the best. Located near the southwest corner of the park, our beautiful newly-renovated office is the newest iconic building in beautiful downtown Auburndale. Our office is on the corner of Bobby Green Plaza and Pilaklakaha avenue and has a fabulous view of the park.
